A set table with Feta, Garlic Knots, and Sweet Potato Oranges

Thanksgiving is all about family and food. That's why I wanted to share these recipes that have been a favorite in my family for years. Whether you are cooking the entire big meal as the host, or want something unique to bring to a gathering, these 3 fall-inspired appetizers are sure to be a big hit!

Baked Feta

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a bowl add the olives, lemon zest, and herbs. Mix together. Squeeze half the lemon over the olives.
  3. In an 8 x 8 baking dish, place the feta in the center. Pour the olives around the feta.
  4. Place dish in the center of the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Take out of oven and drizzle olive oil over the feta. Serve with crackers and toasted bread.

Parmesan Garlic Knot

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mixed butter, parmesan, and garlic until well combined and let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to combine together.
  2. Take the pre-made pizza crust and spread it out to 13 inches wide and 12 inches long. Spread the butter mixture over the dough with a rubber spatula or a butter knife.
  3. Cut the dough into 1 inch strips.
  4. Pick up the dough and tie a knot. Place knots onto baking sheet. Leave space between each one because they will spread.
  5. For oven temperature and baking time, follow the directions on the container of pizza dough.
  6. Place into a basket and serve warm.
