Winter Care
Due to our mild winters in the Northwest, in late winter our temperatures begin to warm up. As the temperature warm up our plants begin to awake. After a long winter's rest they're hungry. Many of the acid-loving plants like camellias, rhododendrons and azaleas will need to be fertilized right after they finish blooming. Rose's will need their first fertilizing when you see new growth appearing. Al's Garden Centers we have a large selection of both both conventional and organic fertilizers available to keep all of your plants thriving.
