Gardening Solutions from Kirk Wade, Al's Plant Disease & Pest Expert.
Need to increase your tomato yield?
If you’re like most, you’re having issues with losing too
many blooms that are falling off because they’re not
setting. Here’s a simple solution… Squirt Bonide Tomato
& Blossom Set Spray on the bloom itself and on adjacent foliage as
soon as you see them. That’s all there is too it! This
ready to use natural plant hormone works on other vegetables and fruit as
well.
Are your blooms disappearing?
Budworm is a current issue, still! Budworm will attack your petunias and geraniums. If you’re not spraying them, Budworms can wipe out your blooms in about 3 days! A great solution is Captain Jack’s Deadbug Brew for Organic Gardening. It is an environmentally-friendly insecticide that won’t harm the beneficial insects. Captain Jack's is for use on both ornamentals and edible plants including fruits, vegetables, berries, citrus, grapes, and nuts. |
