2 large Ice
ApplesTM
½ Cup Sugar Syrup
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Pinch of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Make sugar syrup by bringing ½ cup sugar and ½ cup
water to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved.
Cut the washed apples into pieces, remove core, and place them in the
freezer.
Once they are firm, puree them in a food processor with the simple
syrup, lemon juice and pepper. Store the sorbet in the freezer.
