Al's Garden Rewards Terms & ConditionsAll information involving the use of your Garden Rewards Membership will be kept confidential and used exclusively to provide your reward benefits. Al’s Garden Center is not responsible for lost or stolen Garden Rewards cards or annual Rewards Rebate gift cards. Garden Rewards points may not be sold, bartered, brokered or transferred for compensation. The Al’s Garden Rewards card is not a debit or credit card. Garden Rewards are not redeemable for cash. Al’s Garden Center reserves the right to change or rescind the Garden Rewards program or benefits at any time. Garden Rewards program excludes wholesale/contractor and other landscaping accounts. Points will be zeroed out on January 1st of every year and will not carry over to the following year. Al’s Garden Rewards Program, including earning and redemption of points is subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulation and is void if legally prohibited or restricted. Garden Rewards benefits or rewards may be subject to income or other taxes and all such taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. |
